
You’re invited to a joyful Easter celebration on the front lawn of Burnt Hickory! Gather with us for one of three powerful worship services featuring our musicians, choir, orchestra, and worship team. Experience the hope of Easter through a message from our senior pastor, Matt, as we celebrate the good news — Jesus is alive and present in our lives today!
What to expect
Our friendly greeters will help you find a seat for your whole family on the front lawn. Chairs will be provided, and additional seating will be available in the Worship Center for a simulcast experience.

Engaging, age-appropriate lessons and fun activities will be available for birth through preschool during all services. If you’re a new guest, save time by registering your child before you arrive!

We resume our regular schedule the week after Easter, including Sunday morning LifeGroups and all service times. We will stream online at 9:30 and 11:00am.
Yes! Easter is one of the most meaningful and welcoming Sundays of the year. Many people from the Powder Springs, Paulding, and the West Cobb community choose Easter as their first visit.
No registration is required. Simply arrive and our parking and hospitality teams will help guide you to seating on the front lawn.
You’ll see everything from Easter dresses and button-downs to jeans and sneakers. Wear whatever helps you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate.
Yes. Childcare is available for babies through pre-k during all three Easter services. Our Kids Ministry team creates a safe and welcoming environment where children can learn about Easter and have fun. Want a head start on getting your kids checked in? Absolutely! Families are always welcome to worship together on the lawn.
Chairs will be provided, but many guests also bring their sunglasses and depending on the weather, a light blanket. Please avoid wearing large hats or using umbrellas.
We recommend arriving about 15 minutes early, especially if you plan to check in children or want to save seats.
If weather becomes a concern, Easter services will move indoors.
Yes. Burnt Hickory has a dedicated special needs ministry that provides support for children and adults. By filling out our Special Needs Intake Form, our team will gladly help you find the best environment for your family.
